Description
This is for all other assorted banner sizes (not 468) on site 4. We have done this to better manage
the banners that are in SmartZones on site 04 http://www.alexandersauction.net/ at Alexander's.
The new site plan is going well and running well. We are the members site and we are getting all
kinds of new things for interaction for users added to the site in March, April and May of 2006
according to our plan. We are on schedule and doing well with the installation and deployment.
We are using YSB in Source Folders (sf units) to load 75% of the site. The rest will load using 4 to
5 different softwares and tools including Blogs, auctions and Classifieds.

new site is opening Feb 2006. The Fully Open New Site Plan states that the site (Site 04 -
http://www.alexandersauction.net/ ), will be functional and operational for business on or before
March 19, 2006.
Each day we will be adding more manpower to the site to bring it to speed by the deadline.
